Einführung in die Betriebswirtschaftslehre
Undergraduate Course, Julius-Maximilians University Würzburg, Chair for Human Resource Management and Organisation, 2018
Undergraduate introductory course on business administration, covering the foundations of the field: business functions (procurement, production, sales, finance), organizational types and structures, corporate goals and strategy, and decision theory under risk and uncertainty (expected utility, behavioral anomalies, multi-stage and group decisions, game-theoretic interdependent decisions). Taught the transition from research question to causal identification (correlation vs. causation, spurious correlations), giving students an early grounding in empirical reasoning alongside the core business-economics content.
