Undergraduate required course on organizational economics, covering why organizations exist, forms organizations take, and how firms set goals, strategies, and organizational structures. Included strategic firm decision-making and, as with the introductory course, a module on moving from a research question to a causal relationship, illustrated with selected empirical studies on organizations.
